History.
With origins in the Iberian Peninsula, churros are a food called pan fruit widespread in spain and especially in the province of Granada, churros are also called jeringo in reference, according to the Royal Academy of Language, to the syringe-like instrument used in its elaboración.
The shape can be straight, in the form of sticks or ties.
The creation and sale takes place at a it´s specific shop called churrerías.
